The staff were helpful and always smiling! I managed to get both an early check-in and a late check-out, which I REALLY appreciated. The breakfast was plentiful and fresh, with everything constantly refilled.

The heater did not work well. I had to request a portable heater after the room temperature barely increased after 12 hours. The window in the room did not shut properly, it was drafty.

the room was tidy and clean. breakfast was fresh and plentiful, also it was refreshed regularly by staff. the staff members were friendly and helpful! i found the location great for the arena and public transport, so it suited my plans perfectly.

the location was great for visiting abba voyage the train station is also nearby it is only a short walk away parking availability is somewhat limited however a backup plan would be useful. breakfast was included and had many options

the hotel is near a big road but this did not affect the noise levels
